Pro Sound Effects (PSE) has announced an agreement with BBC Information & Archives to distribute the BBC’s historic and extensive sound effects archive. The library material will be available on hard drive and download.

PSE has already prepared the sound effects CD collection 1-165, the BBC’s Natural History archive and additional sound content for delivery via these methods.

Based in New York City, PSE specialises in the provision of high-quality, diverse sound effects for a wide variety of production types and applications. Alongside the BBC, other PSE publishing partners include Blastwave FX and Sound Control SE.
