PreSonus is now shipping its portable Studio 26 and Studio 68 audio interfaces, which allow recording on-the-go and in smaller studios at budget-friendly prices.
Both interfaces record at up to 24-bit, at a 192 kHz resolution and feature PreSonus XMAX microphone preamps and MIDI I/O.
The smaller Studio 26 interface is suited to podcasters or DJs, with two balanced line outputs for monitor mixing and LED meters indicating input and output levels. An A/B function allows toggling between two mixes while monitoring through headphones.
The Studio 68 model features two front-panel combo line inputs and two rear-panel line inputs, making it a good choice for small studios.
The two newly-launched interfaces come with Presonus’ Studio One Artist DAW software and Studio Magic Plug-in Suite, suitable for Mac, Windows, and now Android. The Studio Magic bundle includes seven popular plug-ins, in VST, AU, and AAX formats.
With a US$ RRP of $199 for the Studio 26, and $299 for the Studio 68, both Studio-series audio/MIDI interfaces are available now at Presonus dealers.
