The Library of Congress has revealed 2018's 25 additions to the National Recording Registry.

Every year since 2002, 25 recordings have been nominated to showcase "the range and diversity of American recorded sound heritage in order to increase preservation awareness."

This year's list includes the likes of Fleetwood Mac's 1977 (11th studio) album Rumours, Chic's 1978 disco single Le Freak, Bill Hayley's Rock Around The Clock and Tony Bennett's I Left My Heart in San Francisco.
