Surge in DiGiCo sales for Stage Electrics

London supplier Stage Electrics reports a 500% increase in sales of DiGiCo SD8, SD9 and SD11 consoles over the past 12 months compared to 2011 figures.

London-based pro-audio supplier Stage Electrics is reporting a 500% increase in sales of DiGiCo SD8, SD9 and SD11 digital mixing consoles in 2012, having supplied to over ten venues across the country. Recent sales include the Embassy Theatre in Skegness, Scarborough’s Stephen Joseph Theatre, The BRIT School in Croydon, Liverpool Everyman & Playhouse, Eton College, Peterborough Key Theatre, and Newcastle College who installed two DiGiCo SD9’s in its main house and studio theatre. “2012 was great year for us with DiGiCo products; both the SD11 and SD9 have proved to be ideal choice for our customers,” said Davie Bell divisional sales manager at Stage Electrics (pictured, right with Anna Western, sales director). “The recent SD9 Supercharge rack pack from DiGiCo that offers its users high end audio console with two D-racks plus two Digital Snacks in one package at a competitively price been highly successful and sought after. We have a strong order book for 2013 and we’re confident that it will be an even more successful year for us with DiGiCo products.”



Stage Electrics undergoes management buyout

The management team at Stage Electrics, the specialist installer, systems integrator, reseller and rental company, has undertaken a management buyout of the business from the estate of former managing director David Whitehead.


Three DiGiCo SD9s for Hungarian theatre
