Wireless mic range

What is it? A range of wireless systems said to combine easy setup and operation with ruggedly-engineered design. Details BLX systems come in a variety of receiver options, including a half-rack version for installed applications and lightweight and ultra-portable designs for touring applications. Designed to perform “right out of the box”, BLX systems are said to make it easier to unplug from wired microphones and offer complete freedom of movement on stage. RF interference can be avoided using the QuickScan frequency scanning feature designed to quickly locate the best open frequency channel. BLX systems offer a performance range of up to 300ft, with up to 14 hours of battery life from two AA batteries. Systems are available in a variety of configurations with multiple handheld, lavaliere, instrument, and headset microphone choices. These include the BLX1 bodypack transmitter – for use with Shure lavaliere, headset, earset, and instrument microphones and guitar cables – and the BLX2 handheld transmitter offering integrated microphone capsule options including Shure’s PG58, SM58 and Beta58A. The BLX4 is a single channel receiver allowing up to 12 compatible systems per frequency band (also available as the half-rack size BLX4R designed for easy mounting) while the BLX88 is dual-channel model. And another thing… All BLX receivers feature QuickScan frequency selection, LDC displays and XLR/¼” TRS output connectors, while the BLX4R also includes removable antennas for easy in stallion in equipment racks.
