AED Rent, Europe’s largest dry-hire company, has placed an order with QSC Audio for 48 KLA Active Line Array elements and 20 KLA181 subwoofers. The increase in the KLA inventory followed an earlier order by AED Rent for 48 KLA speakers in September 2011. Piet Verstraete (pictured), AED Rent’s audio department manager, explained the more recent order: "The KLA line has been very popular, in particular in the Netherlands and Belgium. AED Rent found their stock of 68 speakers was continually out for hire. We have now increased our inventory to be certain that we can meet our customers' requirements at all times in both countries." Earlier in the summer, AED Rent celebrated their 25th anniversary with the launch of AED Lease, which allows audio-visual companies to innovate while maintaining a healthy cash-flow. They were also the first company to make a significant investment in JBL’s VTX loudspeaker system.www.aedrent.comwww.qsc.com
