Ticketing and event technology platform Eventbrite has announced a number of new partnerships as part of its on-going expansion bid.
The platform has integrated with national event guide The List, festival package provider Festicket, word-of-mouth ticket sales platform Verve and brand ambassador software Ticketrunner, PSNEurope sister publication Music Week has reported.
The new partnerships mean that event creators can now surface their event to more potential attendees at no extra cost, offer tailored travel and accommodation packages for their festival attendees and add viral marketing and sales capabilities to their promotion campaigns at the click of a button.
“Eventbrite is committed to providing an open platform that seamlessly connects with leading third party services that help our organisers sell more tickets,” commented Katie McPhee, head of music, arts and entertainment marketing for Eventbrite’s UK operation. “Distribution and integration partners like The List, Festicket, Verve, and Ticketrunner augment our world-class platform with innovative technology solutions, helping us solve the unique challenges of the 600,000+ event creators that use Eventbrite around the world each year.”
Festicket founder and CEO Zack Sabban added: “This new integration with Eventbrite gives festival promoters an easy way to build travel and accommodation packages that they can offer to their fans alongside an Eventbrite festival ticket, for a hassle-free trip.”
The new services join Eventbrite’s growing network of integration and distribution partners, which currently includes Facebook, Spotify, Twickets, Bandsintown, Google, Songkick, and Ents24.
