In the same week that Frankie Cocozza departed ITV’s alleged talent show, The X Factor, Audio-Technica has teamed up with MI retailer GAK to unveil the intriguingly-named GAK Factor.

Second and third place runners up will receive Audio-Technica AT4033 and AT2020 mics respectively, with each entrant receiving an Audio-Technica rucksack.
“We’re very pleased to have teamed up with GAK for The GAK Factor,” said Audio-Technica senior UK marketing manager Harvey Roberts. “It’s obviously designed to be a fun competition for participants, but we look forward to perhaps discovering some hidden UK talent too. GAK is the ideal partner for a joint promotion such as this, with a very active social media presence that allows us to engage with end-users and create an on-line buzz surrounding both the competition and Audio-Technica.”
