JBL Professional by HARMAN and UK pro sound distributor Sound Technology Ltd have made the JBL EON ONE PA system immediately available.
The JBL EON ONE compact, 12 hour battery-powered PA system includes a full-featured, four-channel mixer, Bluetooth control and weighs just eight kg. The mixer has dbx and Lexicon-inspired professional effects including four-band EQ, reverb, chorus and delay.
Presets can be customised from the user’s phone or tablet using the JBL EON ONE Compact Control app. It also has a ducking feature, which lowers background music volume when speech input is detected.
Despite its small size, it can achieve 112 decibels of high-quality sound, with rich, uncompressed bass even at high output levels. Its eight-inch woofer extends low-end response to 37.5 Hz — nearly an octave lower than other PAs in its class.
The EON ONE Compact also features multiple inputs: Two XLR/TRS combo jacks, one 1/4-inch hi-Z guitar input, and one 1/8-inch aux input to connect microphones, line-level instruments, and audio playback sources. The two high-power USB 3.0 ports allow high-speed charging of tablets, phones and select DJ devices.
