Structural and operational changes at Stardraw

The software developer has implemented several major changes, including a new CEO and a refocusing of operations.

Software developer has made major changes to the company’s structure and operation. Effective immediately, current marketing director Rob Robinson (pictured, left) is to become CEO. founder and current CEO David Snipp (pictured, right) will remain a major shareholder and assume a role of non-executive board director. At the same time, intellectual property rights associated with the universal control platform Stardraw Control have been acquired by Global Caché, a manufacturer of IP and WiFi-enabling products. As part of this arrangement, Snipp has been appointed CTO of the Jacksonville, OR, hardware provider.
The new structure will see focusing on its core business of software tools and services for system design and documentation, and the development of custom (OEM) software solutions for corporate clients. will continue to support its existing Stardraw Control products and customers, and this support includes the addition of new drivers as a free service for registered users.
