Almond, formerly head of marketing for Studiomaster, assumes responsibility for the marketing of the three brands throughout Europe with immediate effect. Almond’s new role will see him oversee the group’s promotional activities across the professional audio, live sound, theatre sound, AV and event production and MI sectors.
The new position is a key aspect of group strategy, as Cadac establishes itself, with a wider product portfolio, beyond its traditional position in theatre mixing consoles, and as Studiomaster re-establishes a prominent position in professional and MI PA, and commercial audio markets.
An effective relaunch of the Carlsbro brand is scheduled for next year’s Prolight + Sound exhibition in Frankfurt.
Commenting on his new position Almond stated: “Our group strategy demands a more integrated approach to our marketing activity across European territories, as expansion of our brands presents new challenges and opportunities in new and overlapping market sectors. While the brands will continue to retain their fully independent identities, a common, group funded marketing resource will greatly improve their market penetration.”
