A I/O module for Riedel’s RockNet 100 digital snake system.
Details
The RN.102.IO offers easy integration of analogue mixing consoles into the audio network or can be set up for a simple redundant multicore connection. It provides 16 output channels and 8 line/microphone input (with 48V phantom power) on XLR connectors using circuitry said to maximise audio quality. The RockNet system provides up to 80 digital audio channels over a single counter-rotating CAT-5 ring and can be set up within minutes without a computer. With a user interface designed for ‘real-world’ live sound applications, the system is auto-addressing and can be easily configured via the front panel or through Riedel’s RockWorks software. RockNet 100 modules can also be seamlessly integrated into any RockNet 300 installation.
