PSNEurope received an outstanding number of entrants for this year’s Best of Show Award at the Integrated Systems Europe 2016 event in Amsterdam. In the end, five products stood out.

In no particular order, PSNEurope presented awards to...

Sennheiser, for their TeamConnect Wireless audio conference system: an all-in-one with each component designed to work seamlessly with one another, letting users “get away from the technology and get on with work”. And all in a stylish attaché case! (Here’s Sennheiser KG’s Kathrin Schmitz – manager portfolio development meeting, business communication – with the award.)

The LD Systems CURV 500 by Adam Hall received an award, for punchy, potent sound in a portable package, with a clever SmartLink adapter system for easy set-up. (Thomas Mikus, global integrated systems director for Adam Hall Group, sports the trophy, below right.)

Also receiving a nod for making speaker set-up simple was the new F1 by Bose – a passive extension of its F1 range of speakers that features users easily target sound where they want via the company’s FLEX array technology. (Bose’s Rik van Cappelle, marketing manager, professional systems division and Pehr Hagerius, right, for Bose in Scandinavia, smile with pride in our main picture.)

Proving that many small, and deceptively simple improvements can add up to a big improvement for its users was AKG’s MicroLite microphone system. (Thomas Giczy, business development manager, installed sound, professional division, received the accolade for AKG parent Harman.)

Finally, taking the mystery out of audio network set-up is Dante’s Controller, enhanced with security features and more at this outing. (A grinning Ervin Grinberg!)
