To be held in Gateshead, Manchester and Walsall in early June, the events will introduce the new M-400 Digital Mixer and the Digital Snake (pictured), the latest technologies from RSS by Roland. There will also be presentations from RCF, Sennheiser and Roland's sister company Edirol.

Devised to appeal to a wide range of industry professionals, as well as non-audio specialists from the fields of education and corporate events, the RSG Open Afternoons will be staged at three venues: The Sage, Gateshead (June 4th); The Pure Rooms, Manchester (June 5th); and Walsall College (June 6th).

In each case, the programme will include test drives of RSS' V-Mixing systems, demonstrations by RCF of its new line array and power amplifier designs, 'live environment' tests of Sennheiser wired and wireless microphones, and various presentations from Edirol. There will also be opportunities to get hands-on with all the products on display, along with a two-hour show starting each day at 2pm intended to provide a clear overview of how they can be used for live performance, accompanied by practical demonstrations using live musicians.

Attendance is by ticket only. Booking is via the RSG website (link below) or by emailing yonit.kittay@roland.co.uk.
