The DA6 is the newest member of Community Professional Loudspeakers’ Distributed Design Series and is being presented for the first time in Europe at ISE.

It is a high-output, full-range architectural surface-mount loudspeaker which Community has designed to complement public spaces.

It is a two-way, 6.5in speaker, and boasts a 115º cone-shaped coverage pattern which emanates from the speaker face downwards at a 26º angle from the wall.

The DA6 also integrates Community’s Carbon Ring Cone technology which delivers a consistent coverage from zone to zone when combined with other Distributed Design Series loudspeakers, such as the D10SUB and DS8SUB subwoofers.
Community says that the coaxial design of the DA6 provides higher sensitivity and lower distortion due to the implementation of separate, discrete magnets for its LF and HF drivers; and a built in autoformer offers selectable 70V or 100V operation in a distributed system, as well as standard 8 ohm use.
The DA6 enclosures are constructed of high-impact ABS plastic to reduce unwanted resonance, and come with a flush-mount wall plate for a quicker installation. www.communitypro.com
