Van Damme appoints two new distributors to expand reach in Eastern Europe

AV cable brand Van Damme has appointed distributors in Russia and Poland, expanding its reach in Eastern Europe.

Mega Music will be Van Damme’s sole distributor in Poland. The company has a wide reach in the pro audio and MI industries, with its managing director “confident” the team can use this experience to offer Van Damme products in the country.

Mega Music MD Adam Blasczyk said: “We’re very happy to be representing Van Damme in Poland and I’m confident we have the knowledge and expertise to deliver great sales and support services.”

Moscow-based Sound Technology is representing Van Damme in Russia. The company has been active for more than 15 years, working across a number of sectors including clubs, bars and restaurants, recording studios, hotels and shopping malls. It offers a range of services from system design and delivery to installation and aftersales support.

Van Damme cable products are used by recording studios, venues and broadcast and film studios, with clients including Yamaha, CNN, Bloomberg and Pentax.



Genelec appoints Italian distributor

From 1 November 2013, Midiware will be responsible for Genelec monitoring product distribution and dealer support in the region, following a mutual parting of the ways with long-term partner, Leading Technology Srl.
