Stage Tec has announced SDLive as its distributor for Brazil.
SDLive, which was founded in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2015, is now responsible for handling the Stage Tec product range in Latin America. It will aim to provide professional audio installations to television and radio broadcasters as well as live events organisers.
In addition, Stage Tec's existing Brazilian customers such as SBT, Reda Bahia de Televisao and EPTV will be supported by SDLive.
Stage Tec and SDLive's first joint-project involves an extensive installation at Sistema Brasileiro de Televisao (SBT) in Sao Paulo.
Meanwhile, SDLive's engineer and consultant, Pierre Maquea, is responsible for supporting Stage Tec products. "It is always interesting to see customers’ enthusiastic response when they get to know Stage Tec products." Maquea commented. "Through the partnership with Stage Tec, we have a broad portfolio and are well prepared for the challenges of the Latin American market. We have the right product for every requirement."
Maquea studied at the Institute Of Audio And Video (IAV), the Souza Lima Institute and the School Of Music And Technology (EM&T). He has previously worked in the audio industry for 10 years, and has undertaken a wide range of duties, such as developing studio projects, planning high-end audio systems and, most recently, integrating broadcast audio systems.
