Sennheiser adds to customer support team

Tim Sherratt has been appointed engineering and technical services manager, focusing on delivering customer service from an array of the company's support functions.

Tim Sherratt, former technical director at Orbital Sound, has joined Sennheiser as engineering and technical services manager. He will be working closely with the company’s artist relations team, workig on site at festivals and other high-profile events to provide support to Sennheiser users.

He is also heading the team looking ar the company’s customer support strategy for the 2012 London Olympics.

“One of my immediate aims is restructuring the workshops in our servicing department to make turnaround times as quick as possible,” he said. “We are setting ourselves a challenging target, but it’s one I know we can hit – and subsequently improve on – with the quality of staff we have.”
