The easiHire online service from theatre, event and broadcast specialist Orbital Sound is designed to provide round-the-clock access to all the information required to put together a rental quotation.
All items are fully detailed with complete specifications and photographs, providing amateur dramatic and education users, as well as professionals, with comprehensive product information, detailed budget guides and planning tools,
The service will be demonstrated during the ABTT Theatre Show – which takes place at London’s Royal Horticultural Halls on 15/16 June – by rental desk assistant Lucy Jenkins and rental manager Phil Dormer.
Chris Ferguson – technology assistant at All Sounds Langham Place in London – is among those to have used easiHire in recent months. He engaged with the service when he required some extra loudspeakers and microphones for an orchestral concert at the church.
“I had used Orbital in the past, and already considered them a trusted supplier. I had noticed the launch of their easiHire service and, while planning the approaching concert late one evening, decided to try the new facility,” he said. “I already knew the type of loudspeaker I’d prefer – MAX12 monitors from d&b audiotechnik – making it easy to navigate the category options. I received a prompt phone call the next morning, confirming the order and delivery time, and I simply covered the cost by credit card.
