LOUD Technologies has announced agreements with two new European distributors. As of 1 June, BMI Limited will serve as the distributor for the Ampeg and Mackie brands in Benelux, while ALGAM Limited will distribute the brand in France. The two companies are the most recent new European distributors to partner with LOUD, with the UK’s POLAR Audio having been appointed in mid-May. "We are very pleased to gain BMI as a distribution partner in Benelux,” explained Tony Williams, LOUD Technologies’ director of sales, EMEA. “BMI has a long history in the MI industry and with their expertise they are well positioned to advance our brands in their market. Ampeg and Mackie already have a strong and loyal dealer and user base in the Benelux region. BMI will build on this success by delivering improved local stock availability, excellent in-market sales, technical support, and elevated levels of marketing and brand awareness. An improved level of French and Dutch language-based marketing provided by BMI will lead to sales growth and improved consumer awareness.” “ALGAM has enjoyed a very long and successful story with Martin Audio (a LOUD Brand) and is delighted to reinforce this great partnership with Ampeg and Mackie,” said Gérard Garnier, ALGAM CEO and founder. “Ampeg is one of the most iconic brands in the music industry and Mackie remains one of the most innovative companies on the market. Ampeg and Mackie will respectively join CAMAC and GAFFAREL, two of the four ALGAM sales divisions.” www.loudtechinc.com
