The headquarters for communications specialist DELEC Audio and Videotechnik GmbH has moved to a new building, located in Eisenberg, about five miles away from its current HQ.

DELEC’s product range has grown considerably in the last year with the addition of the Oratis compact line and the Unito NAM series for audio over IP. As a result, the company required additional space for the R&D, assembly and testing of these new products.

CEO Norbert Schömel explains: "We have bigger production and storage areas here in Eisenberg. This considerably improves workflows and allows our customers to benefit from even shorter delivery times in the future."

“[The new building] is in close proximity to the previous location, [which] also means that DELEC staff will not experience any additional burdens such as longer commutes. Visitors, customers and suppliers will find our new headquarters extremely well connected. Several metropolitan areas such as Frankfurt, Mainz, Cologne, Mannheim and Stuttgart are easy to reach from here.”

In other DELEC news, the German Motor Sports Association (DSMB) recently commissioned motor sports communications expert Racecom to manage the implementation of communications systems at races throughout the country. Racecom chose an Oratis intercom system to serve as the heart of the communication system at the various racing circuits.
