The 9 March event follows on from last year’s successful Introduction to Studio Acoustics session with Munro Acoustics’ Chris Walls (pictured here, right, with Audio Warehouse’s Paul Brewer).

The new event – which will be free to attend – will take place at Westland Studio, located on Lombard Street close to the centre of Dublin.

Audio Warehouse’s John Byrne commented: “Times have obviously [become] much more challenging in the last couple of years, but there’s still a strong demand for our services – increasingly so in the education sector. This show, as with previous ones, is an opportunity for our clients to meet the guys who build the gear in an informal atmosphere.”

Paul Brewer, also from Audio Warehouse, added: “These events are very useful to us insofar as we get to spend some facetime with our clients and suppliers that might not normally happen across a trading year; they’re great for sharing ideas and, of course, generating sales. So far we have 10 companies attending. One microphone manufacturer is going to reveal two new products at our event: a world exclusive!”
