Riedel Communications is launching a week-long technology road show that will give companies across the UK a chance to see the company's latest developments. Beginning 4 November at BBC Scotland's Pacific Quay facilities in Glasgow, the tour will include stops at MediaCityUK, BT Sport at iCity, and BSkyB at the Sky Studios in West London. "The Riedel road show will take us to four of our largest UK client sites, where their staff and invited guests can gain greater insight into our product portfolio and road map for future development," said Paul Rivens, general manager, UK, at Riedel Communications. "While making it easy for industry members to become more familiar with our equipment and solutions, the road show also will yield valuable feedback that we can use to continue providing the communications and signal transport solutions our customers require." Coinciding with the run-up to the Commonwealth Games and, on 4-6 November, the Digital Economy (DE2013) show in Salford, the road show will give all those who could not attend IBC the opportunity to see and learn more about recent Riedel technology advances. As Riedel travels from site to site, the company will feature live demonstrations of the unique IP streaming technology gained from the acquisition of Code One; new developments for the MediorNet real-time signal network, including Studer integration, and the AVB-enabled Riedel Artist digital matrix intercom system. While in Salford on 6 November, Riedel's Henning Kaltheuner, head of product management, will represent the company on a DE2013 panel discussion of digital technology. To ask questions or to make an appointment at one of the London locations, interested parties may contact the Riedel sales team at truck.tour.uk@riedel.net. www.riedel.net
