German-based Broadcast Technologies will be demonstrating its Virtual Studio Manager (VSM) system at London's ExCel Centre for BVE 2014.

VSM provides users with tools for 4K, remote production, streaming, signal path visualisation and multi-channel broadcasting.

Primary application areas of the VSM are in television and radio studio environments, master control rooms (MCRs), mobile production and remote production environments.

The company says: “The VSM is manufacturer independent and thus its system structure facilitates the integration of a wide range of processes for production and broadcasting.”

The VSM can be used to manage OnAir and rehearsal requests as well as monitoring the signals and devices in the MCR environment.
