On the occasion of the worldwide online and social media launch of the new TouchMix-30 at the end of September, AED Distribution inaugurated a dedicated QSC demo and training facility at its Belgian HQ.

AED Distribution gathered together some 40 international professional distributors for the two-day QSC Elevate Event training session with the TouchMix-30 Pro Compact Digital Mixer at the new concert venue inside the AED Studios in Lint, Belgium – and introduced them to the new demo space.

“We conducted our advanced Q-SYS class at the impressive AED Studios, and had the opportunity to use the new QSC training rooms,” says Nathan Makaryk, QSC training and education manager. “Not only does this space feature ample room and amenities for any-sized training event with a gorgeous view of the AED facilities, it houses a complete QSC loudspeaker demo area that’s perfect for showcasing a wide range of product.

“A simple user control – powered by Q-SYS, of course! – allows for immediate comparison between loudspeaker lines and makes for a great small demo area.

“This compelling QSC demo room is in good company among movie studios and large production halls!”

At press time, Klaasse confirmed that, in addition to eight units for AED Rent’s inventory, 90% of its international dealers had ordered the new TouchMix-30 Pro devices.
