Professional Audio Ltd to supply K-array products to 'key' Irish market

K-array’s UK distributor 2B Heard has named Professional Audio Ltd as the manufacturer’s official dealer in the Republic of Ireland.

Focusing on immediate technical support and readily available stock, the agreement will improve access to K-array’s range of installed, portable and touring speakers and systems to a wider market.

“Ireland is a key market for us and we’ve been eager to find the correct partner who shares our own commitment to technical expertise and after-sales care,” said 2B Heard’s Dave Wooster.

“Professional Audio Ltd is that company and we’re delighted to work alongside them as we bring K-array’s unique audio solutions to our Irish partners.”

An event is being planned for later in the year to mark the change, where Irish audio professionals will have the opportunity to experience K-array technologies first-hand.

PAL business development manager Gareth McCarthy said: “We are currently working together with 2B Heard to hold a K-array demo day later in the year, where we will give attendees an insight into the entire K-array range and what makes it so special.”

Established in 1990, PAL has spent 27 years as supplier within Ireland’s pro audio and MI communities. Based in Dublin, the company already represents a portfolio of global brands including Roland, Boss, Rycote, Konig & Meyer and Cordial Cable plus a wholesale agreement with Sennheiser.

McCarthy continued: “K-array has a strong role to play in Ireland, not least in the installed sound market, where we have a long history and strong reputation. We will be working hard to bring K-array technology into auditoriums, office buildings and government facilities – everywhere customers require a discreet audio installation with the power of much larger alternatives.
