NEXO 45°N-12

What is it? A single reference monitor for touring or fixed live sound applications.   Details The 45°N-12 is said to deliver very high headroom before feedback, focusing cover only where it’s needed for lower overall acoustic power on stage. SPL and frequency response is consistent up to 2.5m back. A magnetic locking system is designed to join multiple monitors together to form arrays. The compact, low profile enclosure is said to be less conspicuous than conventional monitors and features a non-slip base with a skid system and ergonomic handle for easy repositioning on stage.   Unlike conventional high-frequency waveguides where the exit is rectangular, the NEXO monitor’s waveguide forms a ‘smile’ that allows cabinets to be linked together to form arrays with no interference between wavefronts. The 45°N-12 is designed to deliver very high headroom before feedback and focuses coverage only where it’s needed, resulting in lower acoustic power on stage. Frequency response is quoted at 55Hz – 19kHz (±3dB) and sensitivity at 103dB (1W@1m)   And another thing… The NEXO 45°N-12 is constructed from Baltic birch ply with structured black coating and a moulded dark grey metal grill.
