BBC Studios and Post Production hosts The Voice

BBC Studios and Post Production is providing full production gallery facilities for the live finals stage of The Voice at Elstree Studios.

The Voice is broadcast live from Elstree Studios’ George Lucas Stage 1.

The first live show of the series, produced for the BBC by Wall to Wall and Talpa Media, will air on BBC One on 22 March.

This year’s line-up of ‘coaches’ includes entertainer, recording artist, Sir Tom Jones, pop-star Kylie Minogue and Kaiser Chiefs singer, Ricky Wilson.

The production team will make full use of BBC Studios and Production’s purpose-built gallery that is specifically designed to support large scale TV productions.

Meryl McLaren, commercial manager at BBC Studios and Post Production, says: “We’re delighted to welcome one of the country’s biggest entertainment series to Elstree. To add The Voice to our stable of high calibre primetime entertainment series, such as Strictly Come Dancing, is a real privilege.”
